Top of Hedsor road Junction

At the top of Hedsor road when trying to turn right towards Cliveden, it’s impossible to see any cars coming from the left as the overgrowth is so dense and large. My car had to be beyond the end of the road to be able to see oncoming traffic on the left but was dangerous with fast oncoming traffic on the right. This has been neglected for some time and requires attention. I can’t leave my car in situ and cut it back myself. Thank you
