Parking in double yellow line and over pavement. This is actually not as bad as it often is- can be 3 or 5 cars. It’s been years now. I have asked councillors about it but nothing. Elderly people with frames so Times can’t get last. Please talk to proprietor of creative cuts. It is anti-social and dangerous and is upsetting for all of us who live here.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
