High Town Housing Association - Issues with residents blocking entrance to service which is becoming a safeguarding issue in regards to when the emergency services need to gain access and they are doing it with their vehicles – right now currently got one neighbour who has parked across the double yellow line blocking the entrance with his own car attached to a trailer with another vehicle on top – side road and they park across it all the time – blocking entrance to learning disability service – Spring Garden Road

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
