Fridge freezer dumped on foot path under street lamp The freezer was in the garden of number 48 about 2-3 weeks ago and has been on the foot path now for about 2 weeks. causing an obstruction as are there rubbish bins and the rubbish bins of many people in the area who do not take them off the street between collections.
