Illegally parked over a dropped kerb putting people in danger when they have to cross the street. Pushchairs and wheelchairs are now in danger because the car has taken up room on the dropped kerb so they can’t safely cross or get on to the path.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
