Machine 2 - 129 - not issuing tickets

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5977897.

Machine not issuing tickets when inputting cash - this is a recurring problem, please see previous reports raised on FMS. Out of courtesy please put up a sign as a warning, so it transparently lets people know that the ticket will accept the cash but not issue a ticket and therefore they are not covered for parking. People can at least make the decision to not park there or pay using their card or via the Ringgo App...
