Why does Bucks Council state 'No Further Action' against an untaxed vehicle illegally parked on the road and which has been dumped for many weeks? Do not close the case stating 'No further action'- explain why an untaxed vehicle dumped on the road isn't facing further action. We will forward this to the local government ombudsman for review
