Car Parked on the Double Yellow Lines Approaching the Junction to Pull out in Lane End Road

Reported via mobile in the Parking on double yellow lines category anonymously at 08:51, Wed 15 May 2024

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5975351.

Car Parked on the double yellow lines at the bottom of Roundwood Road as you approach the junction with Lane End Road. This is a particular issue as you have to go around the car which means that you are on the wrong side of the road when cars are turning the corner to come up Roundwood Road. You also are unable to see cars pulling out from the corner shop car park and pedestrians are crossing here too, especially at peak times of the day. It is dangerous. The car parked on the double yellows is untaxed and has been in the spot for 48hrs. We seem to have an issue in Roundwood Road with a car dealer/company parking untaxed vehicles at the bottom of the road for extended periods of time - there are currently two there, the one parked on the double yellows and also one parked in two spaces 10 metres up the road. This one has been reported to the DVLA as untaxed over a month ago.
