Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5974806.

Litter bin full to more than overflowing, due to abuse by passing motorists. Litter spilt around the bin, looking untidy & spreading over the wider area. Observed on Tuesday afternoon 14 May 2024. Thank you
