Reported via mobile in the Abandoned vehicles category anonymously at 20:34, Tuesday 14 May 2024

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5974328.

MV09CWN has now been abandoned near 21 Carrington Road, High Wycombe for over 6 weeks. It has not moved in that time. It has severe accident damage and a flat tyre. It has no road tax. It is taking up a valuable parking space resulting in a lack of natural passing spaces on a narrow road with vehicles parked on one side. As such passing vehicles are mounting pavements and putting pedestrians at risk.

It is the Council's responsibility to remove abandoned vehicles. According to, this vehicle meets the required criteria to be categorised as abandoned:

Councils and national park authorities (authorities) must remove abandoned vehicles from:

Land in the open air (including private land) roads (including private roads)
