The footpath is completely blocked by cars parking on the pavement. To the point you have to walk on the road which is dangerous, of cars coming down the hill. On numerous occasions of nearly been run over because I have to step out onto the road. It is illegal to park on pavements and there is no way of passing on the pavement and has to walk on the road. Please can you send a traffic Warden to put parking tickets on all of these cars Or send out a letter in the post. The pictures show the reg plates

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
