Cars constantly parked on footpath, which blocks vehicles view who are turning left into the high street from seeing the oncoming vehicles from the high street. Can there be some barriers put up to prevent vehicles parking on the footpath?

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
