There is a truck parked in the car park of a residential care home

A large red truck has parked itself in the car park of Portobello Place care home since early morning today. This is a private car park and such a truck could be hazardous to residents.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
