Selwood way Downley, house 30 opposite the common

Our neighbour has put up no parking signs along an area of Selwood way that is public property. We have huge parking problems already and it is very selfish and disrespectful to expect people not to use this area. When cars are parked there, there is no obstruction of his drive or access to his garage or front door. It’s down the side of the house so cars can’t even be visibly seen from inside the house which have majority front and rear facing windows. I feel that the signs should be taken down and people should be allowed to access this public parking area without any issues from the resident.
