Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 1 day, 17 hours, 25 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 5879317.

A sandbag left behind by the Council on top of reflective bollard. As you can see the council keeps leaving behind road signs and sandbags. This is a problem around High Wycombe. So far you haven't removed any.
