App failed to take payment

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5879151.


Attended the Amersham car park. However when attempting to pay using Ringo, the transaction kept staying there was an error contact support.

Therefore no payment was made today. Please can you advise on how I can pay for the duration of 2 hours to avoid any fines etc.
