Build-up of refuse outside of the 45-55 Arundel Green building.

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5878319.
Over the last few months, there has been a significant build-up of refuse at the back of the 45-55 Arundel Green building. The refuse has been accumulating without any sign of removal taking place. Some of the refuse is breaking loose from the black bags or overflowing bins, blowing onto the street and finding its way into other properties within the vicinity. There have also been recent reports of fly-tipping in the surrounding areas (eg: 5878186 reported 20-Apr-24, 5661902 reported 03-Mar-24 and 5830293 reported 09-Apr-24) where it is quite possible that this issue is the root cause. Neither the residents living near this building or the residents living in the building itself appreciate the Health & Safety (ie: Fire, Rodent infestation, Tripping hazards etc) or the unsightliness that is a consequence of the accumulation of this volume of rubbish. For the sake of our health and safety, we look forward to ownership being swiftly taken by the responsible party and the immediate action to address this issue that has been ongoing for some time.
Thank you.
