Vehicle is parked across the entire footpath, restricting pedestrians from utilising the public footpath completely, forcing them onto the road to walk around past the vehicle.This offence occurs frequently and is extremely dangerous.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
