Fly tipping

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5850664.

Bins next to flats always overflowing and large items dumped next to them on grass. Bins with broken lids. Wildlife accessing bins and spreading the rubbish around. Eye sore and brings the area down. Bin shed or shelter needs to be put into place.
