Parking on a double yellow line at a junction in a 24hr residents parking permit zone. Become more noticeable towards the end of the football season with Arsenal playing in the champions league, but that may be just coincidental with the pub round the corner lacking adequate parking space

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
