Same vehicle is back again

EY15 LJA is back again blocking 2 private driveways. Arrived at some point today, late afternoon / early evening. Very erratic behaviour especially when there are other acceptable places to park not blocking dropped curbs / driveways. Something needs to be done and there needs to be consequences for repetitive actions. Last time they parked here it was blocking the driveways for over 10 days.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
