Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5843244.

Black car blocking the pavement adjacent to newly painted double yellow lines. Parking enforcement officer ignored it when walking on the opposite side of the road. This is a persistent problem meaning people with pushchairs, mobility aids etc have to walk in the road to get past the vehicle.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
