Street needs sweep and weeds from gutters removed

Street hasn’t been swept for so long. The day and buildup of silt is causing all the gutters on the street to have a huge amount of vegetation growing in them. Please kindly attend to manually sweep the street and manually remove all the weeds. Also you need to spray weed killer in the gutters and on the street to stop the street becoming overcome with vegetation which in turn flow's into the storm drains blocking the storm drains and causes flooding when only a light bit of rain
