Hedge to tall and falling over

This is a box hedge which the new owners have let grow up for the last 5 years it’s now to tall and leaning over onto the path making it difficult to get down to other houses. The gate is also unable to be shut as the hedge has grown out causing lots of moss on the path which makes it very skippering in wet weather. No6 Arnold’s cottages own the hedge and don’t like gardening

    This is now making it very difficult to walk down the path without getting poked in the eye. Unable to carry shopping down the path as the hedg is taking over the path way. Needs to be cut back by 2 foot not just the ends. This is now urgent
