Silver VW Golf - No tax/MOT, parked on road for 4 weeks+

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5838167.

Abandoned vehicle LN58 VGK. Untaxed & no MOT. Some damage to front. Been left parked in same spot (outside 302 Bellingdon Road) for over a month now, not moved.
