Blocking driveway & parked on white line

Reported via mobile in the Blocking a private drive category anonymously at 21:10, Wednesday 10 April 2024

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5836595.

10/04/2024 approx. 1330-1500hrs Car with red L plate with 2 females seated in driver and front passenger seats. Passenger opened door to to spoken to; advised the driveway needs to be kept clear in case of an emergency. Females advised they are waiting on their mum but don’t know where she is.

Needed to run errand with car came back and car is still blocking majority of driveway. Tried to speak to girls but now they stated the car is locked whereas it was not before; did the mum return and not move the car to lock the females in the car and attended another house. Asked them to contact their mum but the mum had left her mobile in the car. Asked them what their mum’s name was and which house she is in; name given, no idea which house.

Took pics, a relative of the females stops; I advise the driveway needs to be kept clear for emergencies. Relative advised the female in driver seat to go search for her mum; does not listen to her own relative due to the slight drizzle of rain.
