Pay machine says transactions cancelled and no printed ticket but funds taken from account

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5835557.

Ringo was not working. Tried several times to use two pay machines, each says transactions were cancelled. Someone else at a pay machine said the same had happened to her and no tickets had been printed but the money was gone from her account. When I looked, I have been charged £5 three times when I wanted to pay once. Because no ticket was issued, I hope I did not receive a parking fine despite me paying the parking fee. I want the extra £10 taken to be refunded.
