Disabled bay outside no. 21

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5834526.

There is a disabled bay outside number 21 for the street. Resident has been parking there for months with no disabled bay. They now have a blue badge and have put a car there and refusing to move it. Customer has a son with a disabled badge and really would like to be able to use the disabled space when she has her son in the car with her.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
