This car VW Black Golf - AF07 FFX has been here since the morning of 05.04.2024. It is completely blocking the public footpath on a very busy stetch of road making it a heallth and safety issue and is partially blocking a gate which is in constant use.

There is a danger to the safety of the public. One, as a pedestrian as you would need to walk into the road which is extremely busy and two, as a car user, it looks like this car is trying to exit the gate so is a distraction to drivers with its front end protruding onto the road. It is also partially blocking the gate and so making it impossible for larger vehicles to use and a danger to use for smaller cars due to poor visibility of the road and oncoming traffic

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
