Reporting the bin issue again. I reported previously that the bin is never taken in and seems not to belong to anyone. People are using as an overflow bin and when it’s full people seem to think it’s ok to leave rubbish next to it. Was only just emptied this week but will fill again. Anything left next to bin is not collected and is now sitting on street. Bin needs to also be removed.
