Urgent - Railway replacement bus issue through Risborough Rd closure

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5811363.

I work for Stage Coach as the rail replacement coordinator at Princes Risborough Station for this week and we are having issues with running the railway replacement bus service for Chiltern Railways on the Risborough Rd due to works ref: D400232020063 service dressing works. Last time our employee was let through the closure but was advised this would not happen again. We have another bus leaving at 20:10 so will most likely meet the closure at 20:15, please can we be allowed access again? This will be the only journey effected.
