Opposite driveway through tunnel next to number 9

The car is parked opposite a driveway through a tunnel - which is a car park for 7 residents. It is making it impossible for us to swing our cars to get in the drive and subsequently we having to leave cars parked elsewhere. It is also parked on a dropped kerb which is illegal. All neighbours have politely asked other residents to not park directly opposite as we can't get our cars into the car park. This has been a very regular occurence with a few different vehicles.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
