Van dumped on double yellow lines. It really is about time the council monitored this ridiculous and often dangerous parking in this area. pavements are totally covered and blocked. prams and wheelchairs need to be operated in the road as the pavements are blocked. You, the council have a legal and public responsibility to check and issue tickets to prevent this happening. It is utterly ridiculous that you do not do anything. Please do something to stop this horrendous parking in this area.

Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
