Great Hampden, laybe between Hampden House Lodges and Hampden Crossroads

Reported via iOS in the Flytipping (off-road) category anonymously at 14:58, Sat 30 March 2024

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5785324.

1000 litre Intermediate Bulk Container [IBC] has been deposited in the laybe, as per photos. This has already been reported by someone, ref 5781171, but with no photos. Report 5781171 says “appears to be a third full of liquid”. I assumed that it is empty; it didn’t occur to me that there might be liquid inside. It looks empty in my photos. Something has been written in blue ink on 2 sides of the container; “Do Not ….”. Thank you
