Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5775275.

East Richardson street parking machine not working. I tried numerous times to insert money into the machine it took some money then the next coins dropped out I manage to get all of my money back, in the end I gave up as I had an appointment. I had no mobile phone with me. When I returned to my vehicle I had received a parking ticket. I think this is very unfair.
