Parked in a resident permit holders only I have been waiting on this road since 3:20 now the time is 3:45

Driving sitting in the car just ignoring me as I wait.

It’s just not this car, loads of cars do this and some taxis too.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
