I did not see the sign saying you have to pay on arrival until i returned to the car later

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5755056.

The parking info and machines were not clear to me, and I thought I had to pay for the parking when I was leaving. So I wanted topay before leaving, and I saw then that I should have paid in advance. I paid the 60p charge it was displaying, then I signed up for Ringo, logged in and paid for 3 hours parking, so 2.95, even though I actually only parked for 2 hours. I hope that the £3.55 I have paid retrospectively in total is accepted. The sign saying "pay on arrival" is not displayed next to the parking tariffs.
