Cars are parking in such a way as to make it very difficult for cars and larger vehicles to have access to the road. Our bin lorry was unable to make a collection several weeks ago due to parking as per the photo. There had also been an occasion where an ambulance was unable to get through. When cars park here they also block the driveway of my elderly neighbours who live in the maisonette on the corner. Additional road markings need to be added to ensure the road isn’t blocked.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
