People park on double yellow lines and on corners making it unsafe for other road users plus nowhere for emergency services to park should they be required (and this has happened before where an ambulance had to park in the middle of the road, therefor blocking it)

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
