Behind my garden, is a Bramble Bush that is wildly overgrown and encroaching onto public footpath that everyone and school children use. For the past couple of years, I have always trying to trim it back especially from my side of the fence, which is now being pushed over and needs repairing. No one is claiming responsibility for the issue. Not Housing, the local parish council or the council. Seems to be no man's land. It is thick, dense and I am out of ideas of what to do. Please help.
