Parked on single yellow during peak times

This van is always parked on the single yellow line during restricted hours almost everyday. It blocks the pathway as well for wheelchairs and pedestrains. No parking warden seen though this has been happening for weeks.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
