Stadium Approach needs parking restrictions, and there is also a need to prohibit coaches from accessing the Guttmann stadium via Stadium Approach. Hospital workers and staff from William Harding Combined School regularly use Stadium Approach as a free car park, and park in an antisocial manner. Large vehicles are unable to pass. This could be a big problem for the fire service in an emergency.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
