Private driveway blocked by suspicious vehicle

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5720819.

In the evening we noticed a car blocking our driveway. It is a Vauxhall zafira and the windows are open and it seems to be unlocked. I have reported to the police as we cannot take our cars out. The police advised they cannot treat this matter as urgent.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
