The car is illigally parked becouse the owner has died.

The owner is deceased and the allocated car space was in the Tenancy Agreement, as Mr Bunning is now deceased the TA is void and therefore so is the parking space.

We have been asked to report this by Joanna Price who is the Housing Enforcement Officer – South Team Communities & Transport. Joanna has been dealing with Mr Bunning's estate as he had no will.

PLEASE CALL JOANNA AND SHE WILL EXPLAIN THE SITUATION TO DO WITH THIS VEHICLE AND WHY IT NEED REMOVING.
