Dog foul outside 10,8,6,and 4 Bathurst walk

Over the last few weeks there is constant dog foul outside our and our neighbours homes, this can cause severe illnesses and especially as this is a family street and number of young children walk up and down with their parents. it is especially causing me issues as when i drive off my driveway or park in this foul will be over my tyres therefore on my drive and the potential of me and my family treading in it and walking this inside our house,. i have CCTV of owner and dog.
