There are multiple cars parked up on the curb here which cause a nuisance as you cannot fit a wheelchair, or a pushchair, down the side of the cars. They are parked inconsiderately. Double yellow lines need putting there or notices to tell the cars to stop parking up on the kerb!

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
