Timing of lights wrong

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5704674.

Since the recent roadworks the timing of the lights for traffic entering junction from finch lane and bell lane is wrong. It used to turn green when no traffic on white lion rd quite quickly. It now waits for ages even if white lion rd empty of traffic. We have a church and pub on finch lane and traffic is backing up
