Residents concerned that they will be blocked in their homes during upcoming OpenReach RW, as this is what occurred during the last road closure for works at this location. Can the contractors please be reminded that residents are not to imprisoned in (or out) of their homes during the works.

    They will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days and if required arrange to resolve the issue.
