Both these vehicles are parked on this verge obscuring the foiotpath, as it is winter the grass is destroyed and the foot path blocked for any pedestrians.

Foot path is obstructed, with the mentioned vehicles using this path as a permanent overflow car park, this because the owners of these vehicles are not able to use their car park due to 2 commercial street sweepers parking in their driveway, rendering their private parking too small for their cars.This is very dangerous for pedestrians and also gives a distasteful appearance to our neighbourhood.
