Russell Avenue, Aylesbury

Reported via mobile in the Parking on a footpath category anonymously at 17:09, Thursday 7 March 2024

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5682887.

The inhabitants of no 83 are using the footpath on Russell Avenue as an overflow carpark. They currently have 2 large road sweeper lorries parked on their driveway therefore not having sufficient car parking space for their X4 cars. Furthermore, I have attached a picture of one of their vehicles parked on the roundabout which, occasionally has more than one vehicle parked there. Given the recent wet weather, this renders the area dangerous for pedestrians and frankly rather unsightly. I notice this has been reported in November and it would seem no action has been taken. I trust this will change.
